در سال ۱۳۹۶ چند نماینده مجلس تصمیم می‌گیرند برای «سیدالشهدا» کار خیر کنند، ده شب نذری بدهند و سینه بزنند. قطعه زمین ۳ هزار متری در سعادت‌آباد تهران را که طرح عمرانی پارک و فرهنگسرا داشته پیدا می‌کنند، چادر می‌زنند و نذری می‌دهند و نامش را «تکیه شهدای مجلس» می‌گذارند. دو سال پیاپی در محرم همین کار را می‌کنند و سال سوم از شهرداری منطقه ۲ جواز ساخت «حسینیه شهدای مجلس» می‌گیرند، اما به‌جای حسینیه برج ۱۵ طبقه می‌سازند!

Iran’s state broadcaster IRIB on Saturday mocked President Donald Trump after he said he had agreed to cancel a planned attack on Iran, portraying the decision as a retreat from his threats of military action.

IRIB said Trump had “once again retreated from his rhetoric and threats” against Iran, calling him a “warmongering US president.”

The broadcaster said Trump’s decision showed Washington had been forced to reconsider its plans, saying the move followed pressure from Iran and other regional countries.

Authorities of the Islamic Republic regime have reportedly imprisoned a senior female police officer for standing with protesters.

Colonel Shahrzad Zamiri was arrested after being accused of participating in Iran’s January 2026 national uprising and helping protesters.

No lawyer. No trial. Two months in solitary confinement. No contact with her family. Her personal assets have also reportedly been confiscated.

Her case shows that the Islamic Republic fears not only the Iranian people, but also those within its own institutions who refuse to take part in the regime’s repression.
