@808lll0 @TiboInShape Sur le court terme, c’est OK si tu sens que ça t’aide ou que ça répond à un besoin. Sur le long terme, on manque encore un peu de recul sur certains impacts: ce sont surtout des édulcorants qui trompent le goût en simulant le sucré. Perso, je ne pense pas que ce soit idéal
