I wish to raise concerns about the inconsistent service of bus 3A at the Charleston Drive stop. The bus frequently either does not stop, appears unaware of the route, or bypasses the stop altogether resulting in the kids arriving late to school. What is going on?
@AberdeenCC Just paid for my parking using cash, its not registering, no ticket issued. I've had to leave my car as I have an appointment at Albyn. Is this machine functioning as it should?

@TUIUK Just logged on to find every single one of my complaints have been closed out without any contact prior to this. Who do I complaint to now? This has to be the worst level of customer service I have every encountered in my life! Absolutely disgusting behaviour!!
