My deep and profound commiserations to you and your family. I know and appreciate what you are trying to accomplish politically. I pledge now to vote for you at the next election, despite being pro-Conservative when Conservatism embraces social justice, and despite currently being outraged by the Labour Party.
Do you know the difference between heat exhaustion and heatstroke? It could save a life.
Heat exhaustion: headache, dizziness, nausea, cramps. Heatstroke: confusion, collapse, seizures. Heatstroke is a life-threatening emergency.
Know the signs. Act early. #BeatTheHeat

I was actually afraid to do the arithmetic given the number I was given verbally at first. The idea you could possibly be wrong about arithmetic actually really scared me.
@LloydsBank There is a massive discrepancy between the amount received by the recipient, and the amount I was told by yourselves on 12th June the recipient would receive. The 12th June is the day I initiated the transaction. The errors, you have already admitted, were all yours.
I look forward to discussing the matter in detail within the context of my reluctantly brought formal complaint. I am told by the FCSO that the matters I have raised, which include me being shuttled between Lloyds and The Halifax, fall squarely within their jurisdiction. So let us hope we do not have to seek their adjudication.
I like and respect you as a bank. This is the one and only issue we have had. Why did it have to be so huge? The hours I have spent on dealing with error and incorrect information from yourselves are deeply worrying. They are also atypical. I am saying this publicly because of the significant discrepancy between 12th June and today.
If the information of 12th June was correct you, not the recipient, must absorb the discrepancy.
I look forward to talking with your relevant experts. Tomorrow is not an option because of both personal and professional prior engagements.
But the arithmetic of what was received is correct. I have just done the multiplication on the basis of numbers you gave me in print outs on the day. It transpires it was the wrong verbal figure I was given initially. Truly I am sorry this has happened because I genuinely do think you are good. We do still need to figure out why we got in a muddle about the things you have identified we got in a muddle about. Was that supposed to happen?

About a decade ago, a baker in a small mountainous village in southern Austria noticed his cow doing something unusual. When Veronika had an itch, she would grab a stick in her mouth and use it to scratch her body. Over the years, the brown bovid’s technique improved. She could pick up objects as large as a broom or rake and move them around with her prehensile tongue, changing their length and orientation to ensure the best possible scratch.
The behavior isn’t just a clever trick: It’s the first documented case of tool use in cattle, scientists report.
And, it turns out, one of Veronika’s skills has only been seen in humans and chimpanzees. Learn more: https://t.co/cAW89NIvaa
