If the @SECGov knows that Anson Funds is a "criminal organization", isn't it they're responsibility to address the allegations made by the Metamaterials bankruptcy trustee?

If Anson cut a deal with the SEC it doesn't mean that they're forgiven by those that they allegedly harmed.

Imagine you're law enforcement (the SEC). A victim (Metamaterials) is accusing a person/entity (Anson) that you as law enforcement know fits their M.O. Is it right for law enforcement (the SEC) to ignore the new allegations just because a deal was struck in another case?

If the SEC claims their purpose is to protect investors, shouldn't they be taking the allegations against Anson seriously, especially since they know they're likely true based on their own investigations?

This "selective prosecution" reminds of the fact that the SEC left Metamaterials alone when they allegedly settled for $1M, but they proceeded to file charges against the former CEOs.

I have asked myself what my financial future looks like for 1,363 days and counting! As I contemplate that on at least an hourly basis, the ONLY conclusion I come to is that my family, along with more than 65k other families, were defrauded and robbed by @FINRA @SECGov @OTCMarkets @The_DTCC MMs HFs and BDs when they colluded to issue the U3 halt on $MMTLP on Dec. 9, 2022.
