@Headteacherchat @ashleigh_pain Currently a secondary deputy. Roughly 7.30 to 6.30 in school and another hour either 5 to 6 in the morning or 8 to 9 at night. At least 5 hours sometimes many more at the weekend. 65 to 70 hours a week. Too bloody much.
