Such high specs are accounting to nothing. I can't even lock or unlock my phone now. And I've been a very light user so there's no question of any physical damage. My phone looks brand new. The service centers are unresponsive on phone.

@OnePlus_IN I have been a OnePlus loyalist. But my recent purchase of OnePlus 9 5G has been a major turn off. The power button of my just 5-month-old phone suddenly stopped working today. After googling it turns out that this is a common OnePlus 9 issue. Really disappointed ☹️
