After a month of chasing support, @TeamYouTube finally got back to me saying their policy team had reviewed my case again.

And now apparently I violated the SPAM policy???

How do you review the same channel twice and somehow come back with two completely different reasons for terminating it?

Years of work, my entire livelihood gone, and they can’t even tell me what policy I supposedly broke.

I’m honestly speechless at this point.

If a human reviewer has genuinely responded to my case, @TeamYouTube, please tell me exactly which videos on my channel violated the policy. Give me at least one specific example. Everything needs to be transparent so I can understand what went wrong.

I've been working on my channel for several years, and now I'm being forced to wait 90 days for no clear reason, while losing a month and a half's worth of earnings. This is not fair. I deserve a clear and specific explanation of which videos caused the problem, rather than just being sent generic policy guidelines. Please be transparent and tell me exactly what content violated the rules and why. @YouTubeCreators

Again, only 'ai formal' reply just told about they think the youtube ai found the "significant portion" BUT never been specify which videos just like other creators who are appealed for the same bs policy. "Misleading family content" after I attempt the first appeal.

Considering my channel "AjayMLB [M]" are mostly contains with edited Miraculous videos which already mixed with any of variety of videos that the context and value already different, and targeted to the all of ages of audiences, because Miraculous Ladybug in general aren't strictly watched by toddlers and families, it's WATCHED by all of age ranges, young adults/adults who aren't become a family at all and doesn't contains any of actual direct violance.

As you know one of my Miraculous channel got FALSELY demonetized because of the same "misleading family content" bs that some other creator got affected especially animation channel.

One thing to note that my channel is not even an ANIMATION channel, It's just contains a lot of my Miraculous related contents which I already edited to make many of new value to the my own viewers and all of my viewers are satisfied and I did no harm to my own viewers. And I could be the only Miraculous fan channel who got falsely demonetized due to this 'bs' policy.

I already did contact @TeamYouTube on their contact support for yet another appeal, because I believe all of my content are NEVER has any type of Miraculous videos with intention or unintentionally to harm my own viewers with such as harmful topic that could hurt my own viewers especially the Miraculous Ladybug fans itself, but still no response either on email for the second appeal.

I need an actual human review like fr, to actually read my second appeal and admit that the YouTube AI moderation is just false positive.

Official Day 3 of asking @TeamYouTube to get a human to look over my account ban and let me know what I actually did to justify the ban and how I can remedy it.

I still have not been told what I actually did wrong, just forwarded their sex and nudity policy with no further context.

Being a YouTube creator has changed my life for the better and all I aim to do is make others smile and create safe spaces for people!
