We generated a spatial atlas from 64 human kidney samples to define kidney niches and characterize
fibrosis through injured tubular microenvironments. We built a spatial immune atlas to study renal inflammation, uncovering a B cell-predominant immune microenvironment in DKD that correlated with disease severity and kidney function decline.
