@CMOMaharashtra @MumbaiPolice @CPMumbaiPolice @TheOfficialSBI @SBICard_Connect @RBIsays @RBI @AnilDesaiMP @sanamalikshaikh malikshaikh @TukaramKate @saynotoloans @Sohanbhai111

🚨 ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! A 25-year-old life has been lost, and serious allegations of recovery harassment demand answers and accountability. 💔

@Dev_Fadnavis @CMOMaharashtra @MumbaiPolice @CPMumbaiPolice — Will an FIR be registered against SBI Card and the alleged recovery agent if the evidence warrants it? Who will independently investigate the bank’s role?

@RBI @RBIsays @nsitharaman — What action will regulators take if violations are established? Who will hold the bank accountable if its recovery practices are found unlawful? How will you ensure an impartial investigation and protect other citizens from similar alleged harassment?

How many more lives must be lost before you wake up? Are you waiting for a mass tragedy before taking decisive action? If existing rules are failing to protect citizens, the public deserves answers—not silence or empty assurances.

A bank cannot be the sole judge of its own conduct. The family deserves justice, the allegations deserve a fair investigation, and anyone found responsible must face appropriate legal action.

How many more families must suffer before accountability becomes a priority?

#JusticeForVivekJha #StopRecoveryHarassment #BanPaydayLoanApps

[Fair Recovery India Official @FairRecoveryIN]

Please take this matter seriously. The victim should file an FIR against the person concerned and seek strict legal action. If the allegations are substantiated, the responsible person must be held accountable. No borrower or family should have to endure such alleged abuse and intimidation. 🙏

@RBI @nsitharaman , WAKE UP! How much longer are you going to sleep?

Even Kumbhakarna probably didn’t sleep as long as you seem to be sleeping! When will you wake up and take action on citizens’ complaints and illegal recovery practices? The public deserves answers, not silence! 🙏

🚨 DEBT RECOVERY OR HARASSMENT?

Mr. S Goswami alleges that a recovery agent verbally abused him over his wife’s loan who is currently pregnant , despite the dispute already being before a court.

( ENTIRE VERBAL ABUSE RECORDING IS ATTACHED )

⚖️ A pending court case doesn’t automatically stop lawful recovery. But it certainly doesn’t give agents the right to intimidate, insult or harass families.

RBI rules prohibit abusive recovery practices.

Questions for @RBI and @FinMinIndia:

• Who holds recovery agents accountable?

• Why should families face abusive calls over disputed loans?

• Will regulators investigate such complaints and take action against the lender and recovery agent who are not following RBI Rules?

Debt recovery must follow the law not intimidation.
