“If I don’t do this, I’ll never forgive myself…”
I had dreamed for years of giving my sons a “Rite of Passage” ceremony to welcome them to manhood.
But now I was two months past my oldest’s 13th birthday and it was only a dream. It’s hard to deeply sense the importance of something and at the same time feel paralyzed by the stakes.
I had to ask myself the right questions.
Why am I avoiding planning the ceremony?
How might I reduce the discomfort I feel moving forward?
What are the negative consequences farther down the road if I don’t do this?
What specifically needs to be done?
My answers launched me into action, resulting in an epic night around a bonfire.
My son felt celebrated, praised, challenged, and welcomed to manhood.
The men who attended talked about it for weeks.
It’s one thing to desire to bless our sons and another to know what would bless them.
I love helping others bless their sons with these powerful moments.
I can help you move from desire to experiencing a ceremony your son will remember forever. It will plant the seeds of belief to carry them through thick and thin.
DM me now and let’s talk.
@myprasanna@vorfluxai@Rippling My biggest bottleneck is knowing I’m aiming in the right direction enough to not get caught in the weeds. Drives me nuts. My ideas…MAN!
@BowTiedCocoon I discovered I was running “land & expand” sales cycles to get my staff & volunteer team access to high schools to mentor students. Get to the decision maker through different means. Get the green light. Then “sell” teachers and coaches. Repeat. No money but stakes still high.
@BowTiedCocoon Love it! Great translation of that experience. I thought my fundraising efforts would lead to the best narrative when I made the switch to software sales but as I listened to hiring managers and those coaching AEs I saw an entirely different angle that showed I knew key skills.
