పిఠాపురం నియోజకవర్గాన్ని దేశంలోనే మోడల్ నియోజకవర్గంగా తీర్చిదిద్దుతానని ఇచ్చిన మాటను నిలుపుకొంటూ.. పల్లె నుంచి పట్టణం వరకు రహదారుల నిర్మాణ ప్రణాళికలను ముందుకు తీసుకువెళ్తున్నారు రాష్ట్ర ఉపముఖ్యమంత్రివర్యులు శ్రీ @PawanKalyan గారు.

నియోజకవర్గవ్యాప్తంగా రూ. 200 కోట్లకు పైగా నిధులు కేవలం రోడ్ల నిర్మాణానికే వెచ్చించారు. జాతీయ గ్రామీణ ఉపాధి హామీ పథకం, సాస్కీ, రోడ్లు భవనాల శాఖ, పంచాయతీరాజ్ శాఖల నిధులతో 307 కిలోమీటర్ల కొత్త రోడ్ల నిర్మాణం చేపట్టారు. అందులో ఇప్పటికే రూ. 100 కోట్ల విలువైన 611 రోడ్ల నిర్మాణం పూర్తయ్యింది. వీటి పొడుగు సుమారు 152 కిలోమీటర్లు. మరో 70కి పైగా రోడ్ల పనులు పురోగతిలో ఉన్నాయి. నిర్ణీత లక్ష్యాల్లో 80 శాతం కొత్త రోడ్ల నిర్మాణం పూర్తి కావడంతో పిఠాపురం నియోజకవర్గ వ్యాప్తంగా పల్లెలు, పట్టణాల్లో రోడ్లన్నీ కళకళలాడుతున్నాయి. స్థానిక శాసన సభ్యుని హోదాలో- ప్రజలు అడిగిన ప్రతి రోడ్డునీ శ్రీ పవన్ కళ్యాణ్ గారు మంజూరు చేశారు. పలు రోడ్లు ప్రజల అవసరాలకు అనుగుణంగా నిర్మిస్తే.. మరికొన్ని రోడ్లు అన్నదాత సౌలభ్యం కోసం, ఇంకొన్ని రోడ్లు మత్స్యకారులకి సౌకర్యం కల్పించేందుకు నిర్మించారు. ఉప్పాడ తీర ప్రాంతంలో జెట్టీకి వెళ్లే రహదారి బురదమయంగా ఉంటూ మత్స్యకారులు వేటాడిన సరుకు రవాణా చేసేందుకు పడుతున్న ఇబ్బందులు చూసి, అక్కడ గ్రావెల్ రోడ్డు నిర్మించారు.

•13 ఏళ్ల తర్వాత పునరావాస కాలనీలకు సిమెంటు రోడ్లు
అలల కోతకు సముద్ర గర్భంలో కలసిపోయిన ఉప్పాడ తీర ప్రాంతం మాయాపట్నం మత్స్యకారులకు 13 ఏళ్ల క్రితం సుబ్బంపేట సమీపంలో కొత్త మాయాపట్నం కాలనీ పేరిట పునరావాసం కల్పించారు. ఇళ్లు అయితే కట్టించి ఇచ్చారుగానీ, మౌలిక వసతుల కల్పన మరిచారు. శ్రీ పవన్ కళ్యాణ్ గారు ప్రత్యేక శ్రద్ధ పెట్టి రూ. 1.52 కోట్లతో కాలనీ మధ్య 1.5 కి.మీ. సీసీ రోడ్లు, 2.8 కిలోమీటర్ల డ్రెయినేజీ నిర్మించారు. ఉప ముఖ్యమంత్రివర్యుల చొరవతో నేడు కాలనీ మొత్తం కొత్త రోడ్లతో వెలుగులీనుతోంది. ఈ కాలనీకి సమీపంలో ఉన్న మరో పునరావాస కాలనీ కొత్తసూరాడపేట. 330 మంది నివసించే ఈ కాలనీకి రూ. 93 లక్షలు వెచ్చించి 1.6 కి.మీ. సిమెంటు రోడ్లు నిర్మించారు. సుబ్బంపేట–కొత్తపల్లి ప్రధాన రహదారికి అనుసంధానించారు.

•తుపాను వచ్చి రోడ్డును తుడిచిపెడితే..
యు.కొత్తపల్లి మండల పరిధిలోని అమరవిల్లి గ్రామం, రామన్నపాలెం బీచ్ రోడ్డు తుపాన్లు, భారీ వర్షాలకు పూర్తిగా దెబ్బతిని ప్రజల రాకపోకలకు ఇబ్బందులు ఏర్పడ్డాయి. ఉప ముఖ్యమంత్రివర్యుల చొరవతో రూ. 88 లక్షల వ్యయంతో ఈ రోడ్డు పునర్నిర్మాణం పూర్తి చేశారు. 2 వేల మందికి ప్రయాణ సౌకర్యం ఏర్పడిన ఈ రోడ్డుతో బషీర్ బీబీ ఆలయ దర్శనానికి వెళ్లే భక్తులకు సౌకర్యం ఏర్పడింది.
అభివృద్ధికి దూరమైన ఎస్ఈజెడ్ పరిధిలోని ముమ్మడివారిపాడు గ్రామానికి రూ. 79.70 లక్షలతో శాశ్వత రహదారి సౌకర్యం కల్పించారు. ఎస్ఈజెడ్ పరిధి నుంచి విముక్తి కల్పించి మరీ అభివృద్ధి చేశారు. కొత్తపల్లి గ్రామ ప్రజల చిరకాల వాంఛ అయిన శ్మశాన వాటికకు రోడ్డు సౌకర్యం కల్పిస్తూ, అంత్యక్రియలకు వెళ్లే ప్రజల ఇబ్బందులు తొలగిస్తూ, రూ. 26.30 లక్షల వ్యయంతో 411 మీటర్ల సీసీ రోడ్డును ఈ మార్గంలో నిర్మించారు. ఈ రోడ్డు ద్వారా 4 వేల మంది ప్రత్యక్ష ప్రయోజనం పొందుతున్నారు.

యు.కొత్తపల్లి మండల పరిధిలోని కొండెవరం గ్రామ పంచాయతీకి అనుసంధానంగా ఉన్న పిఠాపురం, ఉప్పాడ ఆర్ అండ్ బీ రోడ్డు ఏడు సంవత్సరాల క్రితం పూర్తిగా దెబ్బతింది. గత ప్రభుత్వం ఆ రోడ్డు నిర్మాణాన్ని నిర్లక్ష్యం చేయడంతో సుమారు 8 వేల మంది పరిసర గ్రామాల ప్రజలు తీవ్ర ఇబ్బందులు పడేవారు. రూ. 1.22 కోట్ల ఉపాధి నిధులతో 3.17 కిలోమీటర్ల రోడ్డు నిర్మాణాన్ని శ్రీ పవన్ కళ్యాణ్ గారు యుద్ధప్రాతిపదికన పూర్తి చేయించారు. ఈ రోడ్డు విద్యార్థులు, రైతులతో పాటు రోజువారీ వ్యాపారాలు నిర్వహించుకునే వందలాది మంది ప్రయాణ కష్టాలు తీర్చింది.

Seven years ago, on this day, Article 370 was abrogated. A decision many believed was impossible finally became a reality. Since then, Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh have witnessed remarkable progress through improved connectivity, modern infrastructure, expanded healthcare and education, increased investment, and new opportunities that were long overdue.

Dr. Syama Prasad Mookerjee once said, "Ek Desh Mein Do Vidhan, Do Nishan, Do Pradhan Nahi Chalenge." He dedicated his life to this vision. Under the leadership of Hon'ble Prime Minister Sri @narendramodi ji, that vision became a reality.

Since the abrogation of Article 370 in 2019, landmark projects such as the Chenab Rail Bridge, Udhampur–Srinagar–Baramulla Rail Link (USBRL), Zojila Tunnel, and Z-Morh Tunnel have transformed connectivity across the region. Major investments in AIIMS Jammu, new medical colleges, highways, rural infrastructure, and power projects, along with the implementation of central welfare schemes, have strengthened public services. Record tourist arrivals, industrial and investment initiatives, grassroots democratic institutions, and progress in horticulture and agriculture reflect the region's steady transformation, even as security and political challenges continue to be addressed.

The formation of Ladakh as a separate Union Territory has opened a new chapter in its development. With focused investment in border infrastructure, connectivity, tourism, renewable energy, education, healthcare, and strategic projects, Ladakh has received dedicated administrative attention while strengthening Bharat's national security and accelerating the region's long-term growth.

I sincerely thank Hon'ble Prime Minister Sri Narendra Modi ji and Hon'ble Union Home Minister Sri @AmitShah ji for their vision, determination, and leadership in making this historic decision a reality. It was not an easy decision, but one that has reshaped the future of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh. I also extend my gratitude to the armed forces, security personnel, civil servants, and administrators who worked tirelessly to ensure a peaceful and successful transition.

Grateful for this historic milestone in our nation's journey and hopeful for an even brighter future for Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh.

A Strong Step Towards a Greener Coastline !!

Guided by the vision of Hon'ble Deputy Chief Minister & Minister for Forest, Environment, Science & Technology Shri @PawanKalyan Garu to build a climate-resilient and greener Andhra Pradesh through the Great Green Wall (GGW) Initiative, the Andhra Pradesh Forest Department today commenced large-scale Palmyrah seed dibbling at Sagar Nagar Beach, Visakhapatnam.

Today's drive witnessed enthusiastic participation from 20 students of Gayathri College, 25 volunteers from the Green Climate Team, along with members of Rotary Club and ActionAid. Through this collective effort, a total of 2,500 Palmyrah seeds were dibbled, marking a significant beginning to the district's large-scale coastal greening initiative under the Great Green Wall Project.

This marks the beginning of a sustained coastal greening drive, with similar programmes to continue across the district in the coming days. The Department has set a target of dibbling 1 lakh Palmyrah seeds in Visakhapatnam district, strengthening coastal ecosystems, enhancing biodiversity, and building natural resilience against climate change through people's participation.

Together, we are transforming the vision of the Great Green Wall of Andhra Pradesh into a people's movement for a greener, healthier and more sustainable future.

Empowering States with timely resources is the foundation of a stronger, faster and more prosperous Bharat.

The Union Government’s decision to release ₹1,09,019 crore as tax devolution to the States as an advance instalment, well ahead of the usual schedule, is a visionary step that will accelerate capital expenditure, fast-track infrastructure development, strengthen welfare delivery, boost rural and urban transformation, create employment, attract investments, and sustain economic growth across the country.

For Andhra Pradesh, the release of ₹4,597 crore comes at a crucial time, providing additional fiscal strength to drive infrastructure expansion, improve connectivity, strengthen agriculture and irrigation, enhance education and healthcare, and advance key development initiatives across the State.

A Landmark Day for Andhra Pradesh

The inauguration of the Alluri Sitarama Raju International Airport, Bhogapuram, marks a transformative chapter in Andhra Pradesh's development, especially for Uttarandhra, which is set to emerge as a key growth engine of the State.

Today's visit by Hon'ble Prime Minister Sri Narendra Modi Ji marked another milestone in Andhra Pradesh's development with the inauguration and foundation stone laying of projects worth ₹17,415 crore.

From aviation and power transmission to highways and bridges, today's projects lay the foundation for a stronger, better-connected, and more prosperous Andhra Pradesh. The Alluri Sitarama Raju International Airport at Bhogapuram, which will transform Uttarandhra into a major hub for connectivity, tourism, trade, and investment; POWERGRID transmission projects worth ₹9,920 crore, strengthening renewable energy evacuation from Kurnool and Anantapur, ensuring reliable power supply, supporting industrial growth, and advancing Andhra Pradesh's clean energy ambitions, and National Highway & Bridge projects worth ₹1,854 crore, which will enhance connectivity across Rayalaseema and Coastal Andhra, reduce travel time and logistics costs, and facilitate trade and economic activity. Together, these projects will significantly strengthen the State's connectivity, energy security, industrial development, and logistics ecosystem.
