@mattnado I support the @ousom students and faculty in their ever-changing ways, and our vision to "Develop the SoM into a just and equitable, ..., student-centered atmospheric science program". It is our job to continuously find new ways to serve our ever-changing, brilliant students
We are partnering with @OU_SCAN, OU SAC, and @ousom to support those affected by Hurricane Ian and Fiona❤️. If you are able, please donate here: https://t.co/UkFFXFeKYL and vote for who you want to see pied in the face!!🥧 https://t.co/RdnGQitdQL
@theweatherprof @AaronJPina@NASA Useful conversation in the field of meteorology and climate science. I wish there were more time to discuss the abundant questions in Slido. @JensRedemann
After an admitted student decided to choose another Uni (in UK) a week before Fall semester, I am now looking for new PhD students ahead of the application deadline in December. If you know anyone interested in aerosol research, feel free to share my email.
We are so grateful for the many contributions of transgender scientists and hope to provide a space where faculty, students, and staff of all gender identities feel included!
I just became the first U.S. Secretary of Education to call on President Biden to unilaterally cancel student loan debt. Can I count on you to retweet and help me hit 35k followers so we can spread the word?
A hearty congratulations to all the students who submitted their @NASA#FINESST proposals yesterday! 🎉🎉🎉
You poured your heart and aspirations into that proposal. Regardless of the outcome you've already done and will continue to do amazing things. Don't forget that.
I honestly think it is an “AND” thing - JEDI efforts can be the right thing to do AND benefit science/research. In climate science, I would suggest that the two are largely indistinguishable. I may be missing the original point though and would like to understand better
Want to learn how opportunistic experiments (shiptracks, volcanoes,...) can be used to constrain aerosol effects? Our https://t.co/SUb86VpacV review of led by Matthew Christensen @mattchri and Andrew Gettelmann just out in ACP!
