Dear all,
To keep things organized, the Pineapple Team @AnanasCosmo has set up a GitHub organization. Moving forward, all new vibe code projects will live here as Pineapple XXXXX.
Our first project Pineapple 48414 - codebase almanac for all builders has migrated to here:
https://t.co/C3XQeAHYer
Built a research dossier for the @AnanasCosmo weekend project. The demo video was generated directly by @cursor_ai !
This is Pineapple 71717 in the form of skills.md and the goal was to help everyday people to ask questions and do guided research with the help of AI.
This is cool!
@AnanasCosmo was also exploring how the Fibonacci sequence drives organic growth in pineapples and plants, showing that natural systems are both completely intuitive and deeply logical.
It’s a great parallel for today's AI era, where anyone can become a builder and bring their ideas to life as effortlessly as nature grows.
Hi guys, I’m going to start a company. It will be important. But it will also suck. It will be valuable. But will leave death and destruction in its wake. It will be transformational. But it will destroy society as we know it.
So bottom line, please buy my company’s product. You can count on us!
Thank you.
I agree with @paulg There’s a Chinese saying, “事以密成,言以泄败” — things succeed through discretion, and fail through words.
Sounds like the opposite of building in public, but I’d say they’re complementary. That saying is the zero-sum game once you’re already in the room, where clearly defined players are locked in a power struggle.
Building in public is what gets you there in the first place: use it to expand your boundaries, test where the room even is, gather user feedback, define what you need, and assemble your ticket inside. Once you’re in, the game changes
I generated a 2D image with @grok in origami style and fed it into @theworldlabs to build an entire world. WOW!
This completely blew past my expectations, especially since the whole thing came together in under an hour with incredible detail.
The only hiccup was the "expand" option. I couldn't get it to cooperate, as it kept flagging my camera placement as too low, high, or far from the original.
I'm so excited that our @theworldlabs team has achieved a major milestone today! Introducing Atlas - a first of its kind multimodal world model trained from scratch! 🚀
Atlas is capable of generating frames with pixel-perfect camera control, reconstructing large scenes from as few as one single input image, simulating space-time by reframing videos, natively outputting 3D spaces from one or more input images, composing multiple posed images into a consistent 3d world, and more! This is the best camera conditioned world model ever, opening doors to many possible use cases from VFX to robotics. I'm so so so proud of our team!♥️
And @paulg said, in the future, there will be an elite group of people who can read and write. I kind of agree...
The rest of us will lean on technology to think, talk, and express for themselves. It is human nature to take the option that is lazier.
World Labs CEO @drfeifei on the need for world models:
"There's no language out there. You don't go out in nature and there's words written in the sky for you."
"There is a 3D world out there that follows laws of physics, that has its own structures due to materials. To fundamentally back that information out and be able to represent it and be able to generate it is just fundamentally quite a different problem."
"We will be borrowing useful ideas from language and LLMs, but this is fundamentally, philosophically a different problem."
We are thrilled to share our 2nd project -- Pineapple 71717!
It is an agent skills research dossier that takes any question you're curious about, reframes it scientifically, and surfaces relevant research papers to help you land on a rigorous conclusion.

Check out this world I generated on @theworldlabs using 2D image I generated from @grok! This is a waterpaint style of a Pineapple world. The intricate details are sooo cool considering it took 20-30min??
I wonder what we can build with these worlds. Any thoughts, everyone? Would love to hear some ideas!! Thank you.
Woah @gmail just added an AI Inbox in my account.
Does this mean I don't have to do any integration/permission-release with any of the other AI platforms? @GeminiApp will suffice.

@claudeai Opus (4.8) launched on 5/28, and I think it changes the game for large-scale projects that requires complex coordinations and cross-checkings.
We could be looking at an early start of a paradigm shift in not only how complex projects get built, but also planned.
@zarazhangrui Every note-taking app wants to take notes for you the second you dial into a meeting. It feels like walking out of an airport terminal and being swarmed by drivers all offering you a ride.
