@ASKItalian Will someone please explain to Ask Scarborough that a voicemail message saying “…sorry we’re closed due to XXX” is infinitely better than just leaving the phone off the hook. It can save a lot of disappointment, frustration and wasted time. Not to mention the bad PR.

@curryspcworld The BEKO dishwasher we purchased less than a year ago is posing a serious health hazard and needs to be repaired or replaced. There is an electrical short circuit which keeps taking our mains power out. I've tried calling but keep getting cut off. Please advise.
