@krishnabgowda @GBA_office @GBAChiefComm we have a very good @comm_blr_south in Mr.Ramesh, who has got the citizen pulse, front ending lot of good initiatives right from transparency to execution involving social audit, leading with empathy towards citizen problems. He has really pushed the ward level system move & it will take 1-2 yrs to show results.
We request you to give him another year as he has hit the execute mode now. It will be a huge loss for #ITCorridor like #Kasavanahalli Ward31, if he is let go. On behalf of 30+ RWAs, we request you to retain him and help in governance and administration.
ನಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀ ರಮೇಶ್ ಅವರಂತಹ ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಯಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇವರು ನಾಗರಿಕರ ನಾಡಿಮಿಡಿತವನ್ನು ಅರಿತಿದ್ದು, ಪಾರದರ್ಶಕತೆಯಿಂದ ಹಿಡಿದು ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಲೆಕ್ಕಪರಿಶೋಧನೆ (social audit) ಒಳಗೊಂಡ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನದವರೆಗೆ ಅನೇಕ ಉತ್ತಮ ಉಪಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಮುನ್ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ; ಅಲ್ಲದೆ, ನಾಗರಿಕರ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸಹಾನುಭೂತಿಯಿಂದ ಸ್ಪಂದಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ವಾರ್ಡ್ ಮಟ್ಟದ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಬಲಪಡಿಸುವ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ಗಣನೀಯ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ, ಆದರೆ ಇದರ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶಗಳು ಗೋಚರಿಸಲು ಇನ್ನೂ 1-2 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಕಾಲಾವಕಾಶ ಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
ಅವರು ಈಗಷ್ಟೇ ಕಾರ್ಯಗತಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಹಂತವನ್ನುತಲುಪಿರುವುದರಿಂದ, ಅವರಿಗೆ ಇನ್ನೂ ಒಂದು ವರ್ಷದ ಅವಧಿಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ನಾವು ವಿನಂತಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಅವರನ್ನು ಬದಲಾಯಿಸಿದರೆ, ಕಸವನಹಳ್ಳಿ ವಾರ್ಡ್ 31 ರಂತಹ #ITCorridor ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಿಗೆ ದೊಡ್ಡ ನಷ್ಟವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. 30ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ನಿವಾಸಿ ಸಂಘಗಳ ಪರವಾಗಿ, ಅವರನ್ನು ಮುಂದುವರಿಸುವಂತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಆಡಳಿತ ಮತ್ತು ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಹಕರಿಸುವಂತೆ ನಾವು ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಕೋರುತ್ತೇವೆ.

Manhole by BWSSB on middle of HN Halli Lake Road causing serious Safety issues to hundreds of Walkers, bikers, vehicles. No one bothered to fix after many requests over many months. Finally fixed by Residents. Now do residents have build road too? @osd_cmkarnataka @BBMPCares
