@cctvidiots Comparison with a mother’s slap with girl’s slap is wrong. The kid obviously was not her child or even relative. Nobody slap others kid like this. When mothers slap,either they are poorly educated or too much stressed out due to extra work at home,slapping is always last option

Even at that age one thinks before making any kind of tweets. I guess in 2012 not too many people were using tweeter so it got unnoticed. Otherwise this guy would have been in jail for this.
