Just ran into Modal Motors. Non-rare earth electric motors for drones and robotics. Similar costs to Chinese motors, all U.S.-sourced. Incredible.

@Dunetsk Until they reveal power factor or quote the weight WITH controller im not holding my breath. We should expect pf to fall from 0.85 to 0.5 range which is 1.7x larger controller. Motor gains, but hefty controller penalty.

@DobKevin @Robotbeat You were able to do it though. Its not hard to eradicate with consistency. Weve got wintercreeper and honeysuckle bush here. Both are prolific seeders, and the seeds stay viable for decades. Wintercreeper will flatten, mowing doesnt kill it.

@Robotbeat Bamboo is really easy to control as well. Just cut flush and mow consistently for 3 years. Like many aggressives, it cant handle mowing.
