Alex*, a 3 y. o. US-citizen, was abandoned by both of his parents in Mexico. ISS-USA found his bio-grandparents in Oregon. After a homestudy to ensure the home was a safe environment, Alex was accompanied to Oregon by a social worker. He now lives happily with his grandparents.
