@perera8u@DeportBrownppl@ZainabSana2622 Who committed the act was never in question hence the insanity defense. Timeline is poked at to question the planning and organizing prosecution line of evidence not to question that she did it. Both prosecution and defense agreed she committed the act. This isnt complicated.
@Filaurio2@lulu778945@TruthAnswersAll When my father in law broke his leg in half in our backyard it took us 6 attempts to get our phones to connect to 911 and it was multiple people trying. It isn't a work perfect every time type of phone call.
@perera8u@DeportBrownppl@ZainabSana2622 Did you not know there were stipulations already agreed to before trial which meant the prosecution did not have to bring that evidence and witnesses into the trial? Redington also just did an interview telling people Patrick did not do it and leave him alone.
@tezzm0sis@Swayze_Train_87 DNA on the exercise bands and knife, they just couldn't pull a usable fingerprint. Phone showed her as the only one in the hoise during the time of the act and moving around. Patrick on camera in CVS and Restaurant. All too far away to go home leave and go back. It is very clear.
@tezzm0sis@Swayze_Train_87 She detailed step by step what she did down to what she told the kids as she was doing it to her therapists lol. What more do you need. She was the only one home when it happened and that is confirmed. It is pretty clear she did it. This trial was about was she sane or not.
@elimfuentes@ginamilan_ It is literally the charge the jury is contemplating first degree murder, 2nd degree, manslaugyer, or not guilty due to insanity. Im not sure where your disconnect is but hope you have a great rest of your day.
@elimfuentes@ginamilan_ Then explain why her defense was all about her mental state and nothing about hey she didn't do it? You dont bank on an insanity plea if you didn't do anything at all.
@ENiedfeldt If they had no deferments the contracts wouldn't be as large as they are. It is why they use actual cash value in the luxury tax as that would be their actual salary without deferments.
