#GO46 is unjust and should have been abolished as promised during elections.
Yet, after coming to power, those promises were conveniently forgotten.

Now, as the victims of #GO46 fight for justice in the Supreme Court, the @TelanganaCMO must stop adding to their misery by hiring expensive senior advocates to crush their legitimate rights.
Instead, the government should stand by the unemployed youth, not against them. Appeal to facilitate justice, don’t obstruct it! @revanth_anumula @OffDSB @Bmaheshgoud6666

The Supreme Court of India, in its Civil Appellate Jurisdiction, admitted Special Leave Petition (Civil) No. 26996 of 2024 filed by the victims of #GO46 seeking justice for their grievances. The court has issued notices to the state government, directing it to clarify its stance on the controversial GO 46. The next hearing has been scheduled for the 27th of this month.

The victims were represented by a strong legal team comprising Supreme Court Senior Advocates Aditya Sondhi, J. Vidhyasagar, and Mithun Shashank, who argued for immediate relief and justice for the petitioners.

🔹 “The Congress government is celebrating ‘Praja Palana Utsavalu’ (People’s Governance Festivals) while bringing tears to the eyes of the victims of GO 46. These young and vulnerable individuals must also be part of these celebrations, not left out to suffer.”

🔹 “With the support of the BRS party and the active involvement of @KTRBRS Garu, we are confident that the victims of GO 46 will achieve justice in this case.”

🔹 “We strongly appeal to the state government to approach this issue with empathy and compassion. It is time to recognize the plight of these unemployed youth and students, who are among the most vulnerable sections of society.”

🔹 “The government must refrain from fielding high-profile advocates to complicate the matter. Instead, it should cooperate to ensure justice is served for the petitioners, who are poor and marginalized.”

🔹 “We urge the state government to align its stand with the interests of the victims in the next hearing scheduled for January 27, and prioritize their welfare over bureaucratic or political compulsions.”

🔹 “This is a government of the people, by the people. Instead of taking a rigid stance, the government must stand in favor of rural students and unemployed youth of Telangana who are suffering due to GO 46.”

Comments by @RakeshReddyBRS
🔹 “Guided by the assurance given by BRS party leadership and our working president, KTR Garu, the victims of GO 46 have sought justice from the highest judicial institution in the country.”

🔹 “The issuance of notices to the state government by the Supreme Court is a positive step and reflects the seriousness of the grievances of the victims of GO 46.”

🔹 “A government is like a mother to its people. Just as a mother never lets her children suffer, the state government, too, must act with compassion and clarify its stance in favor of the victims.”

🔹 “During the next hearing on January 27, we appeal to the Congress government to honor the commitment it made to these individuals who helped them come to power. The victims of GO 46 deserve justice, not neglect.”

🔹 “The @BRSparty will continue to stand firmly with the students and unemployed youth affected by GO 46 until they receive the justice they deserve.”

🔹 “It is ironic that those who introduced GO 46 are now fighting to revoke it. The Congress government, which benefited from the plight of these victims, must clarify its true intentions.”

This revised note integrates Special Leave Petition (Civil) No. 26996 of 2024, ensuring the inclusion of all key aspects and retaining the essence of the comments made by the leaders.

Dear Shri @RahulGandhi Ji..
Welcome to Hyderabad🙏
The youth of Telangana vividly remember your visit to Ashok Nagar before the 2023 elections, where you sat with them, promising a future rooted in justice, empathy, and ample employment opportunities through a clearly defined Job Calendar. @INCIndia @INCSandesh

Moved by your personal assurances at Ashok Nagar and the Youth Declaration, they returned to their villages with faith, campaigned tirelessly against the BRS, and innocently placed their trust in a Congress-led government.
Today, however, they are deeply disillusioned and feel betrayed, watching as Chief Minister Shri Revanth Reddy imposes a regime marked by constitutional violations, irrational authoritarianism, and brutal police suppression, showing no accountability to the promises made during elections.
Following are few aspects for your kind attention and response:
1. Pathetic Plight of the Group 1 Aspirants & Victims of GO 29
2. Broken Promises on GO 46
Monarchical Governance and Police Suppression of Peaceful Protests
3. Misleading Youth with Deceptive Job Claims
4. Economic Decline, Misguided Priorities and Unfulfilled Promises
5. A Hallow Governance with no Vision & Wisdom
6. HYDRAA and Musi Projects: A Ruthless “Bulldozer Raj”
7. Listen to the Voices of Telangana’s Disillusioned Youth at Ashok Nagar
8. Mend or End the Current Feudal & Corrupt Governance in Telangana

I implore you, Shri Rahul Ji, to either mend or end to this feudal, corrupt, and dictatorial governance of Shri Revanth Reddy in the interest of democracy, constitutional values, and the future of the Indian National Congress in Telangana.

We eagerly look forward to seeing you in Ashok Nagar and witnessing strong, affirmative action and Wishing you a successful visit..
Thanking you
Yours Sincerely
Dr. Sravan Dasoju, BRS

Thanks to @KTRBRS Anna garu for standing in support of #GO46 victims right from the beginning.

@KTRBRS has promised during my MLC election that @BRSparty will fight for justice to the victims. He stuck to his words. He is the only hope now.

But what happened to CM @revanth_anumula who promised to cancel GO 46 and what happened to Mahesh Goud Garu, TPCC President who applied for permission for a dharna in support of GO 46 victims?

As a principal opposition party when we are supporting cancellation of GO 46, who is stopping you from taking the initiative ?

[Prof Dasoju Sravan Kumar @sravandasoju]

PreElections..Promise
PostElections..Betrayal

We had the opportunity to interact with the young unemployed victims of Special Police Recruitment, affected by GO 46, a glaring violation of the Presidential Order, that must be abolished.

The GO 46 was unlawfully enforced district-wise evaluation and result declaration for the Special Police exam, despite it being designated as a Contiguous District Cadre under GO 172.
The entire state of Telangana was divided into two contiguous districts or zones as per GO 172, yet GO 46 was arbitrarily introduced to declare results district-wise, subjecting over a lakh youth to gross injustice.

The @cmotelangana as usual remains completely inaccessible and indifferent to their plight, while others, despite being reachable,
Shri @DamodarCilarapu,
Shri @OffDSB,
Shri @VenkatBalmoor are indecisive…
@Bmaheshgoud6666

These young people have been running from pillar to post, staging countless protests, yet no one in the government has come forward to rescue them from this crisis.

What is truly disheartening is the paradox that during the 2023 Assembly Elections, the emotions of these unemployed youth were exploited by leaders like
Shri Revanth Reddy and
Prof. Kodand Ram Reddy and others, @TelanganaCMO @ProfKodandaram
Yet now, not a single voice among them is willing to listen to these youths’ concern, subjecting to a gross betrayal.

However, Shri @KTR has gracefully stepped in and assured them of his unwavering support, that the @brsparty will stand firmly by their side, both on the ground and in the court of law, in their fight for justice.

Along with me were
Telangana Bhavan Incharge
Shri Ravula Chandra Shekar Reddy,
Shri Rakesh Reddy,
Shri Palle Ravi Kumar,
Shri Thunga Balu,
Shri Upender and
Shri Kishore Goud..
