Shame on Hank Brennan, Michael Morrissey and the Norfolk DA's office for perpetrating a hoax on the people of MA and depriving the O'Keefe family of justice. #KarenRead
@CoffindafferFBI Because the Aarca experts from Quantico hired by the FBI used physics to determine Karens car didnt hit John and John’s injuries were not caused by a car.
"You can't deny the science and the physics"
Dr. Andrew Rentschler speaking about the implausibility of the Commonwealth's preposterous theory. Yet that's exactly what the Commonwealth would have you do. Forget science, forget physics, forget logic and just blame the girl. #FreeKarenRead #KarenReadTrial
Can’t wait for the #KarenRead defense computer & digital forensics expert Richard Green to use Jessica Hyde’s own report to prove precisely that the incriminating Google search “hos long to die in cold” was made at or before 2:27:40am on Jen McCabe’s phone.
Remember this number: 665134060.465336
That’s the Apple Cocoa Core Data Timestamp corresponding to Jen McCabe’s “hos long to die in cold” incriminating Google search made at or before 2:27:40am on January 29, 2022.
Hyde’s report even has the Apple Cocoa Core Data Timestamp unique to that search alone, thereby confirming it and unequivocally differentiating it from any later made searches.
What’s important to remember is that the data show the Google search was made at or before 2:27:40am, and it’s precisely at 2:27:40am or Cocoa Core Data Timestamp: 665134060.465336 that the Safari tab Jen McCabe made the search in was closed out, or “backgrounded”.
It is in fact for this reason that the claim that Jen McCabe’s THIRD Google search at 6am, made hours later, being attributed to the 2:27:40am timestamp is preposterous, because that would’ve required the same Safari tab Jen was making searches in to have remained open in her Safari app, however it was closed/exited/“backgrounded” at precisely 2:27:40am, after the incriminating search was made, so this possibility is eliminated.
Think about how ridiculously illogical that premise is: that Google search history timestamps are unreliable AND the claim that because this search was made in the same Safari tab as earlier searches that it attributed the hours earlier timestamps to it.
That might make sense if it were the FIRST and not the THIRD search Jen McCabe made that morning, but also, this is impossible given the fact that Jen McCabe exited out of the Safari tab at 2:27:40am after making her incriminating search, so she couldn’t have even made any of her 6am searches in the same Safari tab because it was gone. Thereby eliminating any possibility of the state’s “theory” altogether.
But, we cannot fault Jessica Hyde for that which she does not know. After all, the Commonwealth refused to allow Hyde to even LOOK at the full forensic image, or extraction of Jen McCabe’s cellphone. Why’s that?
Probably because they were aware of all the other incriminating deletions made, and how that would not help them when shopping around for paid experts who’d say what they want.
Is this also why the scope of Brian Tully’s request of Jessica Hyde was narrowly tailored down to just the 6:23am and 6:24am Google searches made by Jen McCabe?
Neither of those searches were ever at issue upon the time he submitted his request to Hyde. The only search in dispute was that at 2:27am. So why would Tully purposely avoid asking Jessica Hyde to examine that one?
I think you know the answer. 😉
