@dmmorales13@FinanceJack44 They just diluted shareholders $2.2B in June for Robinhood. And very good point SoFi has margin expansion in its future to improve its multiple while Robinhood has to maintain their margin to just grow with revenue.
@CaktusJxck Imagine Coreweave getting paid out a large sum of money on their take or pay contract with Microsoft. To then sell the compute at much higher prices. What a dream that would be for Coreweave.
@HansCashFlow Massive backlog of $2B with $12B in debt is much different than $130B with $35B in debt. Coreweave contracts are take or pay with the largest cash generating companies in the world. What ever fits the narrative though.
@longinvest32@trailauditor To add a GW of power it’s around $50B . It’s unlikely they’ll get this all from prepayments and diluting their stock. This will become an issue for them.
@Bartek27305587@InvertedWingr I imagine that there is no world this blows up with strong demand. Wed have to go to a weak demand environment for this to unfold.
@Funmentalist Can the equity blow up ? Yes. Is bankruptcy likely ? No. As long as GPU prices are this elevated you have $50B net GPUs on the balance sheet. These don’t become worthless just cause leverage goes bad. The company would liquidate these assets before insolvency.
@LogicalThesis@B7y7zpx DA is not a cash event bud… my god. The point of mentioning the EBITDA margins (which I low balled for you) is so you can walk into the opex.
@LogicalThesis@B7y7zpx What I’m telling you bud is nobody other than Coreweave knows what their revenue schedules are. And nobody knows how much in prepayments they’ll receive on future contracts. And they’ve told you EBITDA margins will and are close to 60%. You can walk backwards into that opex cost
