@ThomasFarley This is not true. US public companies cannot issue tokens that are a share of the stock. There is no mechanism under UCC Art 8 whereby a token is itself a security. For an uncertificated security a token can be only a representation of an interest reflected on the share register.
@austincampbell Also the small problem that under UCC Art 8 tokens can't be shares? The entire legal underpinning of the securities markets are based on a tiered intermediated holding system.
@adamscochran@Mommeson2 Nah. Doesn't work that way. You get to vote, but will be only GOP on the ballot. Check out how they did it in Hong Kong - election but only patriots can run
@HeerJeet@notjessewalker Giap didn't have much of a role in the American war. Was against Tet which was carried out in his absence by Le Duan. Guy you want to put here is Song Shilun.
@carlosdomingo "Provided that..." is doing a lot of heavy lifting here. Would be super cool if you could explain how Securitize meets the requirements of Sections 17(a)(1) and 17(b) of the Exchange Act and the various Exchange Act rules cited by the SEC. Devil is in the details.
