@Converse purchased a LA cinnamoroll shoes for my daughter. Apparently they have left your warehouse however awaiting arrival at @parcelforce . This is twice now this has happened with 2 different orders...I'm.sure someone is nicking them from the warehouse!!! Not a happy bunny!

@OctopusEnergy you are useless in customer service. We have been waiting for our smart meter to be checked by an engineer. For .3 months and still waiting. Which also means 3 months of no electric bill despite manual reading. And missing out on cheaper rates. Shocking!

@MGmotor @AMchatter Another example of the poorly manufactured car this time just the ZS. Mine has been in the garage 4months awaiting a clutch. To recieve 2x months finance back is a joke. Less than 10k on the clock, 9months old when it failed the clutch. #mguk
