@BritishGas confirmed my EV tariff at 4.39p in writing twice - 23rd and 27th April. Their system never applied it. They've put me on a tariff I didn't agree to at 2x the rate, created a £384 billing error, and ignored my formal complaint for weeks. 8-week Ombudsman threshold...

@fasc1nate I understand the basic response for “could the universe have been created without evil” is missing the fact that “evil” was not created, but is a symptom/end result of not pursuing “good”, since goodness still falls under free-will. What do you think?
