Keynesian economists perform elaborate mathematical gymnastics to "prove" that $1 of government spending magically becomes $1.50 of economic growth. This fiscal multiplier fairy tale ignores what Bastiat called the "unseen" - the productive investments that never happen because resources were seized by bureaucrats first. Every bridge to nowhere represents a thousand private innovations strangled in their cribs. The seen stimulus creates jobs for government contractors and ribbon-cutting ceremonies for politicians. The unseen is the cancer research, the small businesses, the breakthrough technologies that die stillborn because capital was diverted to political pet projects. Modern economies don't multiply wealth through redistribution any more than you create water by moving it between buckets.

As we celebrate #Bitcoin Pizza Day, we’re also celebrating the incredible journey of our platform in Bitcoin education and community building.

From 6 cohorts, we have 351 graduates across 15+ countries in Africa and beyond, we've distributed 175,500 sats as rewards to our graduates and inspired 10 new #Bitcoin Only projects across 5 countries—with some receiving support from @HRF @OpenSats, @Bitcoinbeach , https://t.co/DxEqb9WrKK , and others now part of the @MyfirstBitcoin_ Node Network.

Our mission goes beyond teaching that Bitcoin is better money. Quality Bitcoin education inspires critical thinking, encourages a low time preference, and helps students understand the importance of strong foundations—just like Bitcoin’s own resilience through time, criticism, and attempts to change its Core rules.

At least 8 individuals from our cohorts have already integrated #Bitcoin into their careers, building in #Bitcoin-only projects and expanding its use in creative and technical spaces.
