@bt_uk received my new hub last week, set it up and working fine, the app says it still needs set up. When I go through the steps despite already being connected it says it’s unable to connect, this was after you sent two hubs to an address I’ve not lived at for over 4 years 🙃
@Tesco hello, I bought a duvet set a couple weeks ago and have just washed it, went to put it on and found it doesn’t have all of the button holes so one half of the duvet cover doesn’t stay closed. I don’t have the receipt anymore or packaging, can I return the faulty product?

@EE I’m really not sure what happened but I checked again today when having my dinner at work and it said dispatched within 1 day so I ordered and just had an email tonight saying it’ll be here tomorrow 😂
@EE hello, I’m looking to upgrade my phone as it says I can do it now without a fee. The phone I would like says expect dispatch in more than 28 days, this seems a bit vague, is there an expected date for the iPhone 12 in purple 256gb to be back in stock?
@EE I know there is and I even looked at other models but I really like the purple 😂 if I order now do I get a notification before it will be dispatched in case I need to change the delivery address?
@EE Hi Peter, thanks for getting back to me, would you say it’s worth ordering it now or to wait and keep checking in case it’s available sooner? I also liked the green one but that says the same too about the more than 28 days.
@bt_uk hello, why if my broadband speed is as it should be do I keep getting warnings saying that the bandwidth is too low and constant buffering? It’s doing this on an iPad and iPhone
@bt_uk Broadband seems to be alright if I restart the hub when the connection starts lagging, now my TV box isn’t working. I can’t load any app other than Netflix. I’ve tried a software update but still nothing. A couple of weeks ago it reset itself and I lost all my recordings too 😔
@bt_uk I managed to get logged into the hub manager before doing the reset and my ipad was on 2.4ghz and when I reconnected my phone that went to 5ghz but the connection was still bad on both devices, I don’t know if that can help diagnose any previous issues?
@bt_uk Trying to go to bthomehub.home and apparently it’s not a secure site? sorry for having to take a photo but the wifi is so poor I can’t even upload a screenshot to my photo stream so I can access the image on my phone 😂
@bt_uk Yes I’ve already tried this too as well as restarting them and disconnecting all devices from the Wi-Fi and rejoining. What else can I try because it’s getting quite frustrating now?
@bt_uk Hello, this has started happening again, I’ve cleared the cache and restarted the hub but the Wi-Fi connection still keeps dropping, any tips on what to try next?
