We’re excited to share that we’ve adopted the @chainlink interoperability standard across @solana and @ethereum, unlocking seamless cross-chain connectivity.
Through this adoption, wfragSOL now conforms to the Cross-Chain Token (CCT) standard, making it natively transferable cross-chain.

The past two weeks have been disastrous for many communities in East Africa as heavy rains have led to destructive floods that have damaged homes, infrastructure, access to education, and taken hundreds of lives.
The adoption of Resolution 2728 by the UN Security Council today, demanding an immediate ceasefire in Gaza for the duration of Ramadan and the unconditional release of hostages, is an important step after too many failed votes.
A US-manufactured bomb was dropped by a US-funded military from a US-built plane, onto a prominent US-funded humanitarian agency.
Powerful statement from @RESCUEorg on the findings about the strike, the obfuscation from the IDF, and the need for real accountability.
“Why did they have to bomb my doll?” As children face a mental health crisis in Gaza, we're partnering @AneraOrg to address the psychological well-being of children dealing with the devastating impacts of war.

🚨 Heavy storms are currently battering Akkar & the North of #Lebanon, making the lives of thousands more difficult, 2,600 of whom have been already impacted by January's flash flooding & overflowing rivers. Syrian refugees in informal settlements have been most heavily impacted.
More than half of Gaza’s population of 2.2 million people are seeking refuge in Rafah.
If it meets the same fate as Gaza City and Khan Younis, all parts of Gaza will be destroyed—alongside any lifeline of hope and survival for Gazans. Our statement: https://t.co/o2HauvTwY0
"They are a monument of colossal bravery and I learned so much from them.”
The IRC’s Dr Seema Jilani told @CNN about the courage and dedication of Palestinian staff at Gaza's Al Aqsa Hospital, where she worked as part of our joint Emergency Medical Team with @MedicalAidPal.
On 13 Jan, @WHO, @OCHA and @UNFPA visited Al-Aqsa hospital in Gaza’s middle area and Nasser Medical Complex in Khan Younis, to assess needs in the rapidly changing situation due to ongoing hostilities and evacuation orders in the neighborhoods surrounding the two hospitals.
Lack of safety has forced most health staff, patients and thousands of displaced people to leave Al-Aqsa hospital - the main hospital in middle area.
Following the withdrawal of @MSF, @MedicalAidPal and @RESCUEorg between 6-7 Jan, the hospital is extremely short staffed with only 12 health workers remaining - a mere 10% of the hospital’s total workforce.
Only two doctors are available to treat the wounded in the emergency department, and maternity services have shut down.
Around 140 patients are in the hospital and 1,500 people are sheltering there.
Food, water, and fuel are scarce. @UNRWA has provided 24,050 liters of fuel to sustain vital services but much more is needed.
The hospital also desperately needs:
-Sustained flow of supplies
-Additional human resources
-Protection
@WHO is planning to facilitate the deployment of an emergency medical team specifically to support surgeries and the emergency department. This will only be possible in a secure environment.
