Thank you @SenatorSaval for celebrating Earth Day with our students. It was such a special opportunity for them. They learned so much about local wildlife and plants at the John Heinz. Thank you to @HsaGreenfield for sponsoring this enriching field trip.
Last Friday, I spent Earth Day at John Heinz Wildlife Refuge with 2nd- and 3rd-graders from @KeySchoolPHL. We saw turtles, crayfish, a muskrat, and all kinds of flowers, insects, and birds. The students talked about celebrating our Earth by gifting her clean air and clean water.
