WHEN YOUR CHILD’S UNEMPLOYMENT BECOMES YOUR FULL-TIME JOB
Uncle Rwamiti met Ssalongo Kato at a wedding reception in Kampala.
“My son Andrew is back.”
“Back from where?”
“UK. He finished his master’s in International Business.”
“Very good. What is he doing?”
Small silence.
“Well…we are looking for something for him.”
Uncle Rwamiti knew that sentence. In Uganda, “we are looking for something for him” can become a family occupation.
Andrew was 29. Good schools. Makerere degree. Master’s from a respected British university. The graduation photographs were magnificent: Andrew in his gown, with his parents, pointing thoughtfully at university buildings.
Three years later, Andrew was still waiting for the photographs to produce dividends.
But Ssalongo was working extremely hard.
At weddings, Andrew’s CV was on his phone. At Rotary, he networked. After church, he networked. If somebody mentioned a cousin at the Ministry of Finance, Ssalongo suddenly became interested in the cousin.
“Please, if you hear of anything for the boy…”
Meanwhile, Andrew lived at home. Mother provided meals. Father provided fuel. The family Toyota Premio had somehow become Andrew’s.
There had been opportunities. A short contract ended. Another job ended after disagreements. A business with a friend collapsed after a quarrel. There had even been talk of importing something from Dubai.
“The problem in Uganda is connections,” Ssalongo sighed. “The boy is very intelligent. He just needs an opportunity.”
Uncle Rwamiti put down his fork.
“Ssalongo, may I ask you a bad question?”
“You have been asking bad questions since 1987.”
“Good.”
“When did Andrew’s unemployment become your full-time job?”
Ssalongo stopped laughing.
“You are finding opportunities. Making telephone calls. Circulating his CV. Providing the house, food, fuel and car.”
Pause.
“What exactly is Andrew doing?”
That question stayed on the table longer than the dessert.
Andrew was not lazy. He was educated, intelligent, articulate and confident. But somewhere between knowing things and doing useful things that somebody will pay for, something had failed to connect.
Uganda has many Andrews.
Loving parents naturally help. Then help again. Then make another telephone call. Eventually something strange happens: the parent becomes more active in the adult child’s economic life than the adult child.
Uncle Rwamiti did not suggest throwing Andrew out or confiscating the Premio. He asked a different question:
“Before finding Andrew another opportunity, shouldn’t we first understand why the previous opportunities produced so little traction?”
Perhaps Andrew doesn’t need another CV, degree or connection. Perhaps we should first examine what he knows, what he can actually do, what repeatedly goes wrong, what value he could create and what the market might pay him for.
That is Knowledge Activation.
As Uncle Rwamiti says: “Before buying another sack of charcoal, first find out why the stove is not lighting.”
Somewhere in Kampala today, another parent is forwarding a CV.
Perhaps the first question should be different.
Uncle Rwamiti tells the stories. Petero does the work.

A young man named Simon Kato says he in 2015 lent a woman Shs4.8m. When he later asked her to repay it, she invited him to her house to collect the money.
When he arrived, she asked him to wait while she went to fetch it from her bedroom. She returned with her clothes torn, her breasts exposed, and raised an alarm, screaming that he had tried to kill her.
Simon was arrested, charged with attempted murder, and remanded. Witnesses were staged against him. He was tried, convicted and sentenced to 15 years in prison.
He served 10 years and 6 months in Nakasongola Prison. When he was finally released, he found that both his parents had died, his family’s former home in Lubigi had been demolished by NEMA, and the woman who had falsely accused him had sold her property and disappeared.
Uganda is a deeply wicked society, from ordinary individuals to institutions.
How do people live with themselves after this kind of cruelty? How do they sleep at night?
WOMEN DON’T RESPECT MEN , THEY RESPECT POWER:
A woman’s nervous system is wired to detect what makes her feel safe at the most microscopic levels
What we call intuition is really her threat detecting software running at a higher level than men
This is because she wasn’t designed to be as physically strong as a man yet was built instead to detect a strong man
This led to her having the highest chances of survival , she simply submitted to the most powerful man in order to increase her ability to continue life
The original compromising deal was created , if a woman listens to the man then the man protects her
This eventually evolved into marriage which sealed the deal as a lifetime contract with the woman being the submissive helpmate while the man leads, provides and protects
Modern society has completely flipped the power dynamics which causes women to gain more and more power
Yet the more power a woman gets the more powerful a man needs to be to get this same level of submission as our previous generation
It was easy for a woman to submit to a man in the past because she had very little economic power
Yet in our current society women have the same economic power as men thus a man has to be 3 times as powerful to get a feminine submissive woman as his wife
And at the same time men are being weakened and robbed of their masculine power by massive lustful content, porn , chemicals reducing testosterone, alcohol, gmo weed, ect
The average 22 year old man has the same testosterone as an 80 year old man 50 years ago
Thus we now have a generation of weak feminine men and powerful masculine women which destroys the dating market because everyone wants what they already are
Weak men are mad at strong women for not wanting to respect and submit to them and strong women are mad at weak men for being weak
Yet throughout all this women and men still have the baseline human urges of procreation and sex so now we have a generation of strong single mothers creating kids with weak baby daddies which repeats the cycle
Thus it is wise in this generation as a man to master your lust and sexual energy via sexual alchemy so that you can become strong enough to activate your divine masculine frequencies and return the divine feminine submissive soft woman back to the earth plane
Remember a woman doesn’t respect and submit to a man because he has a dick and balls , she submits because he is astronomically more powerful than her on all levels which makes her feel safe enough to finally put down her sword

AUTOIMMUNE FLARES AND THE EMOTIONAL TRIGGER LOOP
Autoimmune diseases are not random. They are stories the body never finished telling.
When emotional pain is swallowed instead of expressed, the immune system becomes the messenger.
It begins to attack the body the way the mind attacks itself.
A stressful event can ignite inflammation faster than a virus.
A heartbreak can cause more damage than a toxin.
Trauma does not leave quietly. It hides in cells, waiting.
This is why autoimmune flares happen after arguments, losses, disappointments, and prolonged fear.
The body remembers danger, even when the mind pretends to have moved on.
Your immune system is not betraying you.
It is reenacting an old wound.

As human who want to live a healthy lifestyle, there are things that should be part of our lifestyle.
To be completely healthy, you need a good lifestyle.
I mean a healthy lifestyle.
Let me show you how.
— Don't eat wheat products.
— Seed oils and margarine are your worst enemy; flee from them.
— Make sweet potatoes and yams your friend, they are complex carbohydrates.
— Avoid eating too much rice; little local rice or brown rice is enough.
— Take alot of animal proteins (eggs, fish, fatty meat).
— Cook your meal with tallow, coconut, or olive oil, they are healthier options.
— Fast twice a week.
— Eat twice daily.
— Exercise regularly.
— Have enough quality sleep, a minimum of 8 hrs.
— Run away from toothpaste that contains fluoride.
You need all this to live a healthy lifestyle, no two ways about it.

Salt is Na and Cl, right?
(Sodium Na and Chlorine Cl.)
And H. pylori (the ulcer causing bacteria) thrives in a low–stomach-acid environment.
As H. pylori proliferates, they cause more damage—like lesions and heartburn. All of which is due to low stomach acid.
Salt contains Cl (chlorine), which your body uses to form HCl (hydrochloric acid)—the stomach acid responsible for digestion and protection against this bacteria. When stomach acid is low, ulcers can worsen, so taking adequate salt can actually support the healing environment.
Salt also has enormous benefits aside from hydration and regulation of blood pressure.
It also helps your:
— Thyroid hormones
— Vitamin C metabolism
— Insulin sensitivity
— Sleep
— Neurotransmitters
— Magnesium/calcium balance
— Lowers cholesterol
— Increases HDL
— Reduces stress hormones
— Exercise and performance
— Reduces blood viscosity
— Increases energy
Learn, relearn, and unlearn the nonsense you knew about salt.

Al Jazeera reports that NAN and Artificial foods given to babies in Afrika have 50% more added sugar than in other areas.
They add that the WHO has warned that sugar fed to babies predisposes them to developmental failures and chronic metabolic diseases.
But the educated illiterates don't listen.
They have refused to breastfeed and instead feed their children all these useless products.
Babies need food, not products.
“Avoid Bread” — The Most Important Health Advice Nobody Wants to Hear.
Let’s not even lie.
This post will offend many people.
Why?
Because bread is emotional.
It’s nostalgic.
It’s everywhere.
It feels like comfort.
But bread is not comfort.
It’s a quiet killer dressed in a soft wrapper.
You don’t need to believe me now. But your body will eventually confirm it. With time. With symptoms. With a diagnosis.
Because bread is not innocent.
Let’s go back.
You grew up on bread and tea.
Your mother packed it in your school lunchbox.
You soaked it in milk. Fried it with egg. Toasted it with sardine.
And it made you feel safe.
Now?
You’re 28. Or 35. Or 41.
You wake up tired.
Your face is puffy.
You’re bloated before breakfast.
Your period cramps are demonic.
You can’t go a day without craving sugar.
You have acne at 32.
You’re constipated.
Your fertility is on the line.
And you don’t connect it to bread.
Because nobody taught you that bread is inflammation in disguise.
Nobody told you that:
—That soft loaf? Is a processed insulin weapon.
—That sweetness? Is usually from high fructose corn syrup or glucose syrup.
—That “wheat bread” you’re proudly buying? Still spikes blood sugar like white rice.
You’re not eating bread.
You’re eating refined starch, emulsifiers, yeast, seed oils, and preservatives.
Every single day.
Morning: Bread.
Evening: Bread and egg.
Weekend: Bread and beans.
After sex: Bread and Coke.
And then you wonder why your stomach is hard, your waistline keeps expanding, your period is a mess, your back hurts, and you wake up with that sour taste in your mouth.
Let me tell you what bread does behind closed doors:
– It spikes insulin.
– Insulin tells your body to store fat.
– That insulin spike crashes fast — making you hungrier.
– Your gut lining gets inflamed.
– Your friendly bacteria die off.
– Your cravings increase.
– Your hormones go out of sync.
You are literally feeding the disease you’re praying against.
Because when you eat bread daily:
• Your body doesn’t get nourishment.
• Your gut gets punished.
• Your hormones go mad.
• And your fertility, libido, energy, skin and mood? They all pay the price.
You think it’s just food.
But for many of you, bread is:
– Why you’re always constipated.
– Why your periods feel like labour.
– Why your belly can’t go down.
– Why your breath stinks by morning.
– Why you always need a nap after eating.
It’s why you’re always one bite away from a breakdown.
I know it’s hard to hear.
But you’re not addicted to bread because it’s delicious.
You’re addicted because your gut is damaged.
And damaged guts crave what feeds the dysfunction.
You think you love bread.
But bread is what’s keeping you tired, sick, bloated, and infertile.
Even the ones from “healthy” bakeries.
Even the “multigrain” ones.
Even the ones they “bake fresh daily.”
If it spikes your insulin, it spikes your pain.
And don’t let that “everything in moderation” advice fool you.
Because some of you are too inflamed for moderation.
You don’t need “balance.” You need a reset.
You don’t need one slice. You need clarity.
You don’t need bread right now.
You need to break the bondage.
This post is not about fear.
It’s about freedom.
Because the day you say goodbye to bread is the day you start:
– Pooping better
– Thinking clearer
– Sleeping deeper
– Smelling fresher
– Healing faster
– Looking younger
– And finally getting back control of your own body.
And no, you won’t die.
You won’t collapse.
You won’t faint.
You’ll just finally hear what your body’s been whispering for years.
Bread is not your friend.
It never was.
It was just the most socially acceptable addiction.
Disguised in nylon.
Eaten in silence.
Worshipped in homes.
But the real you?
The glowing, vibrant, fertile, powerful you?
She’s waiting on the other side of that crust.
So if this post touched you — even just a little, try it.
30 days, no bread.
And watch your body come back to life.
Because food can either build you or bury you.
Choose wisely.
And don’t forget to reach out for a healing diet plan.
I’ve said it a thousand silent times.
Let me say it loud this time:
Not every illness needs a pill.
Some of you are one decision away from healing.
Not a drug.
Not a surgery.
Just a real decision to fix your food and your life.
Because let’s be honest,
Half of what’s called “chronic illness” today is just your body crying for better habits.
If your stomach is inflamed, bloated, acidic, or always in pain…
Don’t just grab another antacid.
Heal it from the root.
Here’s what the pharmaceutical industry won’t tell you:
— Salt isn’t your enemy. It supports stomach acid and digestive enzymes.
— Cabbage juice isn’t just village food. It’s packed with glutathione, a powerful healer for your gut lining.
— Red meat is not the villain. It activates pepsin, your protein-digesting enzyme. No red meat = poor protein breakdown.
— Fermented foods like sauerkraut? That’s nature’s probiotic. Full of vitamin C and friendly bacteria.
— And fasting? That’s the ancestral reset button your gut has been begging for.
You’re not broken.
You’re just inflamed, misinformed, and undernourished.
Don’t let fake science rob you of your healing.
Don’t let lazy food habits rob your gut of its strength.
And don’t let fear stop you from trying what your ancestors lived by.
You don’t need permission to heal.
Just proof.
Try this and feel it in your bones.
Because the day you decide to take your food seriously
Is the day your healing begins.
And don’t forget to reach out for a diet plan.
Marcus: "Tell me about your mind."
Christian: "What about it?"
Marcus: "Do you control it?"
Christian: "Of course I do. I'm a Christian. I have the Holy Spirit."
Marcus: "How much time did you spend on your phone yesterday?"
Christian: "I don't see what that has to…"
Marcus: "Answer the question."
Christian: "Maybe three hours."
Marcus: "Check your screen time."
Christian: "...seven hours and eighteen minutes."
Marcus: "Seven hours. Did you choose what you saw during those seven hours?"
Christian: "Well, the algorithm…"
Marcus: "So you didn't choose. The algorithm chose for you."
Christian: "But I could have stopped scrolling anytime."
Marcus: "But you didn't. For seven hours. Who was in control?"
Christian: "I was just relaxing. It's not like I was doing anything wrong."
Marcus: "You gave seven hours of your mind to strangers who profit from your distraction. And you call this 'relaxing.'"
Christian: "It's not that serious."
Marcus: "Name the last hard decision you made."
Christian: "I decided to join a new church."
Marcus: "Your wife chose it. Try again."
Christian: "Okay, I decided to read through the Bible this year."
Marcus: "You made it to Leviticus. Try again."
Christian: "Fine, I decided to start working out."
Marcus: "You bought a gym membership three months ago. You've been twice. Try again."
Christian: "Look, I'm busy. I have a lot going on."
Marcus: "You have seven hours a day for scrolling but no time for discipline. Who controls your mind?"
Christian: "That's different."
Marcus: "It's not different. You think you're in control. You're not. You're being driven. And you don't even know who's driving."
Christian: "But I pray every day."
Marcus: "While scrolling through Twitter?"
Christian: "...sometimes."
Marcus: "Your prayers are interrupted by notifications. And you wonder why God feels distant."
Christian: "That's not fair."
Marcus: "I'm a pagan philosopher who's been dead for 1,900 years. I wrote 'Meditations' about controlling my mind while ruling an empire. You can't control yours while sitting on a couch. Explain that to me."
Christian: "Times were different then."
Marcus: "Men were the same. We had distractions. We had comfort. We had excuses. The only difference is I conquered my mind. You surrendered yours."
Christian: "But you weren't a Christian."
Marcus: "No. But I understood what your apostle Paul understood: 'Take every thought captive.' You claim to have the Holy Spirit. I had philosophy. I controlled my mind. You scroll for seven hours. Who's really following their god?"
Christian: “I just need to find the right app or system to…”
Marcus: "You don't need an app. You need discipline. And discipline requires controlling your mind. Which you don't. Someone else does. Thanks for the conversation."
