@NFHSLaw Going through rehabilitation with people in the same situation will aid in the process. I agree that prison staff should be the main components to this process, but mental health programs with other prisoners, not isolation, would be the most moral and effective method. #hld2018

@NFHSLaw As stated before, the conditions within solitary confinement are extremely similar. These facts are taken from inmates themselves, and in the previous article both American AND Canadian inmates placed in solitary reported the same conditions and the same effects. #hdl2018
