#hld2018 Solitary confinement deters prisoners from committing more offences. Prisoners would be much less likely to commit murder in prison if the consequence was solitary confinement instead of rehabilitation.

@yourHJEN #hld2018 There should definitely be a maximum limit. Unfortunately I don't know enough to be able to decide what that is. It should be up to educated in corrections and the well being of prisons to make that decision.
