Thrilled to share we are @theNCI R00-funded. 🥳 Looking for computational biologists or bioinformaticians. 👩💻👨💻 We have many exciting projects on the role of chromatin remodelers in blood cancers. 🩸🦀 Please share/DM/email if relevant. Our latest story: https://t.co/nnFO97ubl6
🧬 💻 We're looking for a motivated postdoctoral associate in computational biology to join Barisic Lab at Weill Cornell Medicine and study chromatin remodeling and 3D genome organization. Please share and apply below: https://t.co/Kr9jQ34BPo
Excited to share our new paper in @NatureGenet led by the incredible @6jinLee! We uncover how cohesin loss impairs postmitotic refolding of 3D chromatin topology with limited context-specific effects on gene activation—especially during differentiation. https://t.co/sCPSDjAa8a
New preprint on technologies to scale up CRISPR screens.
We use them to map 665,856 pairwise genetic perturbations and outline a path to comprehensive interaction mapping in human cells.
We also introduce an approach for cloning lentiviral libraries with billions of elements.
Very excited to share our lab was awarded The Andrew McDonough B+ Foundation grant for our research on pediatric lymphoma. 🩸@BePositiveFdn We’re so grateful for this support and excited to get to work. 🔬

Last reminder: We’ll see you bright and early at 9:30 AM EST on the 25th to kick off #chromatin2025! Fantastic lineup of speakers with discussion to follow each talk. Don’t forget to register for this virtual meeting if you haven’t yet: https://t.co/wCtEJhT7Gl
Excited to share another new preprint from our lab in which we developed a cluster-based phasing strategy using long read nano-NOMe-seq data to link distinct CTCF binding states—captured at the single molecule level—to the transcriptional status of genes: https://t.co/C9Iew6EL2O
I'm excited to share my lab's first preprint! It describes Affinity Map, a highly general method providing proteomic profiles of binding affinity for small molecules, peptides, and antibodies in cell lysate, organ extracts, and live cell surfaces.

I am thrilled to share with the world a new preprint, spearheaded by the truly amazing Jose Reyes in partnership with @LoweLabMSKCC. Focused on the benign to malignant transition in PDAC, uncovering roles of plasticity, tissue remodeling and P53 -> https://t.co/QYxuV5lzS4
Huge congratulations to my postdoc Jiali Yu 👏 who has been awarded a fellowship from the National Cancer Center. @NCC_Org She’ll be investigating how chromatin remodelers contribute to the onset and progression of blood cancers. So proud and excited for what’s ahead. 🚀
