@RBS_Help I have an account I asked to close 12 months ago. It apparently is still open with Β£8.80 in it. No one can get the money, no one can close the account, no branches exist. Help!
@BarclaysUKHelp elderly relative housebound & dementia, POA set up, app set up, unable to simply order a cheque book, chat doesn't work, spent 15 mins on phone but can't order as not sat with relative, branch only open when I'm in work for the NHS, no Saturday opening! Help!
