Waddilove bullying incident very sad development. Some children are ruined for life because of bullying. Hopefully relevant authorities deal with this case effectively so that both the victim and the bullies are saved. Bullying also destroys the bullies!

Highest figures of the affected are in Wuhan, Italy, Spain, America etc. Why not start there?
