At a handshake distance. @BorisJohnson and @ZelenskyyUa walked through the center of Kyiv and talked to ordinary Kyivans. This is what democracy looks like. This is what courage looks like. This is what true friendship between peoples and between nations looks like.
It was important to start my visit in Bucha.
Because in Bucha our humanity was shattered.
My message to Ukrainian people:
Those responsible for the atrocities will be brought to justice.
Your fight is our fight.
I’m in Kyiv today to tell you that Europe is on your side.
With this stance 🇷🇸 de facto disqualified itself from the 🇪🇺 accession process. There should be no room for new 🇪🇺 members not sharing our fundamental values and interests. https://t.co/vw5r5st6Nm
@theworldbeckons What a terrifying experience. I can only imagine the strength it takes to share this story. Glad you had the courage to go back to the same place.

2/2 People in Kosovo, including North Mitrovica are suffering from crime and corruption. Instead of blaming Kosovo Government, you should praise and support it! Kosovo people should be free to travel to EU with no visas! Shame to keep them isolated while you empower criminals!
1/2 An EU high level official supporting crime and corruption in a country in transition! Such a shame! No wonder you listed Belgrade first for coordination. It shows you are still supporting former Milosevic ministers who committed genocide in Europe in the 21 century!
The violent incidents in the north of Kosovo need to stop immediately.
Unilateral and uncoordinated actions that endanger stability are unacceptable.
All open issues must be addressed through the EU-facilitated Dialogue. We are in contact with Belgrade and Pristina.
