x Magnesium girl....
which magnesium, which brand & how much?
The🧵to which I will refer anyone who asks these questions!
Unlike most supplements magnesium is unstable by itself so always 'hangs out with a mate' - hehe.
This mate is called a chelate (pronounced: key-layt).
@Dhanny_Billz@Loner04227338 They are called minors.
And, for everyone's safety, but particularly their own, they are protected by law in civilised countries.
@ruffini@632nmPodcast@drmichaellevin@TuftsUniversity When you lead with play lots is 'emergent' then you reflect somatically and learn this way.
The droll hypothesis led science we do sits against human nature and slows research speed and quality down!
"Biophoton emission reflects:
1) left-right symmetry of human body
2) biological rhythms (eg 14 days, 1 month, 9 months)
3) disease in terms of broken symmetry between Ieft & right side
4) light channels in the body which regulate energy & transfer info between different parts"
Our cells emit faint biological light, and understanding that light could help us recognize when life may begin to move away from a healthy state.
Today on TSEE, @niroshajmurugan shares insights from her cancer research into how biological light arises from cellular chemistry and how its changing patterns may help detect cancer.
By bringing quantum science & technology into the study of living systems, ultra-sensitive detectors are helping us explore whether biological light could support non-invasive health monitoring. The ambition is to recognize meaningful changes earlier and develop applications that help us protect and promote health.

"besides a deeper understanding of health, disease & body field, this method provides a new powerful tool of non-invasive medical diagnosis in terms of basic regulatory functions of the body."

When we use electric lights or fail to get sunlight onto our skin we interfere with our body's natural light communication processes
We are beings of light energy.

We have multiple layers to how our body functions currently documented in scientific literature:
🦿biomechanical
⚛️biochemical
⚡️bioelectrical
🧲biomagnetic
🕯️biophoton
There may be others yet to be 'discovered' as science is limited by dogma, perception and technologies.

@anomalie_blue Helen... why is sitting with even low level discomfort and reflection/introspection so hard for people?
I am so tired of having to do so much extra work cos people around me refuse to do anything remotely challenging. They just seem lazy.
Fixes:
1) Magnesium oxide to get things moving
2) Magnesium glycinate to heal the issues
3) Mushroom omlettes with plenty of butter to provide choline, butyrate & vitamin B5 for gut motility & nervous system health
People with severe constipation were shown to have a 30-50% reduction in population of cholinergic neurons cells in their enteric nervous system (the gut's nervous system) that stimulate contraction of the gut wall.
Without function of these nerve cells, constipation is inevitable.
The ENS is definitely the most under-discussed aspect to health and indeed gut health.
@RosesUnfolding@GoodFarmingAdam Yes. Your original 3 part for the woman who likes to be punched are not the angles of enquiry that I am coming from at all. I am more interested in the framework for healing and trusted relationships that come with the interpersonal responsibility and systematic work that occurs.
FYI. The next thing I am personally researching into is kink.
For many reasons it looks like a gateway to missing pieces of the health puzzle.
I have not shared about this on here before and I appreciate this is not to everyone's liking.
But I always test things out myself.
@LockedAndTied Of course! It’s a 2025 study called Pain for Pain: The Benefits and Challenges of BDSM Participation for People with Chronic Pain. Researchers surveyed 525 BDSM practitioners, and some reported temporary pain relief.

@sirevansdawson@EvilCheezo369@LoudOutside You have zero frame of reference to what weight is appropriate, healthy or helpful for a person on the internet.
You opinion has been voided.
@EvilCheezo369@LoudOutside // this account has never aimed to fail in their life
// scared of failure? cultural block to failure? unused to failure? shunning failure?
// failure = pain = fastest growth path
@MOBeMatt@thegrtwh1te@LoudOutside Quickest way to see who actually understand gym and who is simply here to generate outrage for minimal thought investment.
@Onelonelyplayah@LoudOutside No you haven't. You are just stuck in a binary thinking pattern... the reality is far more diverse: people can and do wear what they want to for the many reasons they want to do so.
@helios_brah Helios.... I would take good quality data on any light usage.
My theory is that stored/accessible vitamin D levels drops faster during winter Because of the increase in electric light usage post sundown.
You seen a study with this as a study metric?
@AartiAwatramani Aww great questions. I am powerful as have a strong identity tied to my values. I perceive myself to be honest over kind: the friend you go to to cut through bullshit. I am hugely empathetic. I can also turn this trait down lower if I want/need to.
If have recently found myself in a position where I realise I do not have family or friends who back me, protect me, or love me in the way I automatically operate.
I won't lie: this is pretty discombobulating a revelation.
Advice welcome.
(Issue could 100% be with me!)
@fitat45plus Yes the acceptance is there. But the needs are therefore still unmet. I could do with a service where you pay a subscription (or even better a human to naturally bond with) where the 'contract' covers the person honouring & protecting your wishes as requested in SHTF scenarios!
@sonny8s I don't agree with the 'go no contact' drive. I find this low brow & weak in itself with worse repercussions for downstream family members: there is no one path through life so these humans on my family are just people peopling. What is needed is healthy role models & strategies.
