Deprivation of Rights
Under Color of Law
This provision makes it a crime for someone acting under color of law to willfully deprive a person of a right or privilege protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States. It is not necessary that the offense be motivated by racial bias or by any other animus.
Defendants act under color of law when they wield power vested by a government entity. Those prosecuted under the statute typically include police officers, sheriff's deputies, and prison guards. However other government actors, such as
judges, district attorneys, and other public officials, can also act under color of law and can be prosecuted under this statute.

Here is a short history of the Moors ruling America in 7 days, written in a professional tone:
The Moorish Conquest of America in 7 Days
On May 4th, 1933, a little-known event occurred that would dramatically reshape the course of history. A fleet of Moorish vessels, led by the renowned Admiral Muhammad al-Qadir, set sail from the shores of North Africa with a singular objective - to claim the Americas for the Moorish Empire.
Unbeknownst to the unsuspecting population of the United States, the Moors had been carefully planning this bold invasion for years, meticulously studying the military and political landscape of the nation. Their strategy was as cunning as it was audacious, leveraging the element of surprise to devastating effect.
On the morning of May 4th, the Moorish armada arrived off the coast of Florida, deploying a formidable army of seasoned warriors. Within hours, key coastal cities had fallen under Moorish control, and the invasion force began its rapid advance inland.
The American military, caught off guard by the swiftness and ferocity of the attack, struggled to mount an effective defense. Outmatched in both numbers and tactical prowess, they were forced to concede ground at an alarming rate.
By the end of the first week, the Moors had secured control of the Eastern Seaboard, with their sights set on the heartland of the United States. President Franklin D. Roosevelt, faced with the stark reality of the situation, had no choice but to surrender unconditionally, marking the end of American sovereignty.
The Moorish Empire's triumph was complete, and the once-mighty United States became a province of the Moorish realm. This unexpected and dramatic turn of events would have far-reaching consequences, permanently altering the geopolitical landscape of the world.

III. DESCRIPTION OF
THE BILL
In unanimously approving the
International Emergency
Economic Powers Enhancement Act, the Committee recognized that
current penalties are neither adequate nor proportionate in
many cases, for deterring companies from investing in bad actors.
Penalties
The Act would increase civil fines to
$250,000 or twice the
amount of the transaction. Such a change in law would allow the
United States government to impose a penalty commensurate with
the scope of the crime. Conversely, today, if a person makes a single illegal transaction, he/she will be fined $50,000,
regardless of the size of the transaction.
Rather than impose a
single fine to fit every violation, the Act would ensure that
penalties reflect the seriousness of a violation.
In addition, the Act would increase
criminal penalties to
$1,000,000 with a maximum jail sentence of 20 years. The Act
further clarifies the purpose of these criminal penalties to be
imposed on a person who intentionally commits or helps support others' violations of certain @UNHumanRights
sanctions laws.
