Am I dreaming? Am I dying?
Either way I don't mind at all.
Oh, it feels so good you just can't help but crying.
Oh, you have to let go so the soul may fall.
This might literally be the first time in US history that an American president has criticized an ally for not surrendering to an invading army. Disgraceful.
There’s going to be plenty of overreactions after this game and I won’t be one of them. Chiefs have won 3 Super Bowls in the last 6 seasons. They’ve played in 5 of those Super Bowls. If your take is anything other than the Eagles kicked their butt and they have to regroup for 2025 you’re overthinking it.
Please take a moment to watch this incredibly moving 60 Minutes segment following 9 veterans who sought psychedelic therapy abroad through the amazing work of Heroic Hearts. This show has been nearly a year in the making.
It’s astonishing; most of these vets were suicidal going in, and nearly a year later, they are not.
Our new leadership at HHS, the VA, & FDA have an unprecedented opportunity to expand access to these life-saving treatments within the VA and beyond.
While Anderson highlights that veterans may have to wait years for this healing, the truth is: there are pathways that could open access today — with the stroke of a pen.
I’m hopeful that our new administration will act now so that our veterans no longer have to leave the country to receive the care they need for the wounds they endured in service to us all.

i don't think most people understand what’s happening here:
neuralink’s patient is controlling a robotic arm with his mind.
not a joystick, not a muscle sensor, just his thoughts.
the implant reads neural signals from the motor cortex, wirelessly sends them to the robotic arm and translates them into movement and this is just the beginning of something much bigger.
from here to controlling full-sized robots, exoskeletons, or even fixing lost motor functions, it’s not far.
add pressure sensors, and you restore not just movement but the sense of touch.
this is mind-boggling, and almost no one else is even close
Btw, I’m really against kids having caddies at any point. For the super young like 8 or under, having one adult scorer that can help out with certain rules is more than enough on a par3 course. I think having caddies can slow down a kids golf development.
Yesterday the Veterans Dept announced the vet homelessness rate had dropped to lowest level since data collection began in 2009, ↓ 55% in that time. It's great news, yet I havent seen a single major paper cover it. There's such a strong bias to report bad news rather than good.
If you're on the losing side of a landslide, there are two ways to react:
1) Eat the humble pie, listen, self-reflect, evolve, and come back better next time
2) Arrogantly proclaim that everyone is dumb except us, continue as you are, and make the same mistakes next time
I really liked what @JasonKelce said. He did not apologize to the antagonizer. He apologized for not living up to his own standard of conduct. Big difference.
