Zimbabwe currently does not have adequate mechanisms to deal with disasters. We should have rather managed to have early warning mechanisms in areas prone to disasters.

Yes volunteer flexible policy can work but have you realised how our communities are becoming? The young generations no longer believe in voluntary work, engaging the old requires more effort because they might not be ready to understand the big terms used

Shrinking water spaces means women/children will have to move for kms in search of fresh water.
