@CarlessDavid Annotations - short + v. useful for making the thinking + process behind the polished artefact visible. I've done this with law students since 2017. Needs scaffolding as they are not used to it, but it shows me that they can do what they actually need to be good at beyond Uni.

@ballantine70@JohnAmaechi Culture is man-made but escapes its makers to act back upon them (Archer, M. 1996). Gives you something to work with if you see cultural elements that need changing.
@JasmineGavigan Take care of yourself first, which is easier said than done when you are passionate about making a difference. Nothing kills motivation quicker than burnout.
@petergoodyear Hi @petergoodyear - have you met Kristoffer Greaves of Lynch & Greaves (2006)? If not, please let me facilitate that! He is a mind-blowingly inspirational human.

@sthcrft Not your SM posts btw @sthcrft I 🧡 your posts. They appear as authentic artefacts rather than curated narrative to me. I just mean w.r.t your question, people might value? trust? meaningful, daily actions more than a manufactured ‘personal brand’ that has no substance behind it.
@sthcrft For me, personal brand is what you DO every day. Communicate with respect, thoughtfulness of your actions, quality contributions, efforts to include & collaborate, the grace & humour with which you do all the above. So you can curate, but through actions, not social media posts.
@larissaandelman @BianchiRenee Being called out as “horseplay” though - so calling it out, but then excusing the behaviour and diminishing the seriousness of it by categorising it as “play”? Just as dangerous as not calling it out.

@julianinoz Based on student feedback from Sem.1-plan purposeful interactivity. Don't just send us into a breakout room to "discuss". Often we don't do this in F2F learning because interactivity just kind of happens when we're in a room together but needs to be a focus for online environment
