I don’t know who needs to hear this but you do not need millions from a VC to build your product. Just build it. The funding will come. Look at @steipete and OpenClaw. The old days of funding rounds are different. You can actually do a lot with a small nimble team with a few licenses of Codex/CC. And then your job is to use those tools as hard and as fast as you can so that you don’t need them anymore. Why do you think codex is open source? Because it can be vibe coded with GPT-5.5-xhigh with a nimble team of passionate people. Why do you think Anthropic is in deep shit? Same answer.

The narrative that everyone’s conversations are sacred texts to be protected at all costs is a joke. You have the AI because they trained on your data.
