@jam_kamal The visionary leader and administrator par excellence Sir @jam_kamal , the then CM of Balochistan introduced reforms ( PMS etc ) in Civil Service of Balochistan for good governance , but these reforms haven't been implemented.

The Decision of elected Government must be Honoured. The Govt should stand by its decision and get it implemented in letter and spirit.

The interim government must stand by the decisions made by the elected provincial cabinet of Balochistan. It will uphold the law and develop the trust of government officials in the CM. Notification of PMS in Balochistan is inevitable for good governance

The provincial cabinet under the then CM @jam_kamal approved the establishment of Provisional Management Services (PMS) & allowed field entry 4 secretariat officers, in lieu 2 improve governance and service delivery. The interim government must stand by it
