@TaylorWimpey gaps between skirting boards and walls. Bathroom tiles and kitchen worktop chipped. Door handles falling off as only two screws have been used to hold them in place rather than 4! Where are the missing screws?

@TaylorWimpey other examples, bathroom door lock and hole don’t align. Gap between floorboards and skirting, which was annoying considering I paid £2500 for the floorboards. Wrong sealant used around the stove, it melted away!

@taylorwimpey you need to hire competent builders rather than telling customers they need to carry out ‘maintenance’ work. A door not latching on properly and washing machine rattling violently during the spin cycle are not maintenance issues rather poor craftsmanship!
