Today, I received a call from an unknown number stating that after renewal, only 70% of the claim amount would be payable by the insurer
kindly provide written clarification on:
Whether copay is applicable to my policy after renewal.
The exact percentage of copay, if any.
Whether a 100% claim (no copay) option is available for my existing policy or through an alternative plan.
I will proceed with the renewal.
