The violent, antisemitic attack at the Temple Israel in West Bloomfield, Michigan is despicable.

I continue to pray for the schoolchildren, congregants, synagogue staff, and the local Jewish community at this time. I thank the law enforcement for their emergency response efforts. Jews should be able to worship without fear for their safety. All of us must strongly oppose the rising cancer of antisemitism.
