@tylerblack32 If you go on a ketogenic diet @tylerblack32 You will lose weight and have a healthy body habitus. Try it and see for yourself. It worked for me and seems to be working for many.
@ChewieWins@Tellit007@SamaHoole@DoctorTro@KenDBerryMD The people who live the longest happen to have higher than expected cholesterol. It’s a balance. The liver makes ALL of your LDL. Why? If you eat less cholesterol, your liver makes MORE. Why?,
@Tellit007 Okay. So this is the part that’s crazy. A CAC > 100 is high but this guy still isn’t taking a statin. I feel like the Shawn bakers are speaking out of two sides of their mouth or at least are afraid to explicitly tell this guy he doesn’t fall under the Shawn Baker category
@ChewieWins@Tellit007@SamaHoole@DoctorTro@KenDBerryMD It’s that the point. Is that graph they have circulating fake? Cause what they’re saying is that if you have high cholesterol but you’re fit, your risk is still lower than someone worst type 2 diabetes, and obesity with low cholesterol. That alone says it all.
@Tellit007@SamaHoole@DoctorTro@KenDBerryMD Nothing you said here makes sense. These guys get CCTA too. I’ve seen so many YouTube videos. Also, from what many doctors competent in statistics say, LDL x years is not a true predictive model with adequate AUC for predictive events or plaque burden if it’s the only variable
@Tellit007@SamaHoole@DoctorTro@KenDBerryMD So why isn’t that weasel guy from Harvard (forgot his name) and Shawn Baker and some of these other guys not dying. I’ve been secretly following them for a while, waiting for a disaster. They’re looking healthier as they age. Something is off.
