My mother died in a car accident in 1991.
My little brother was murdered in 1995.
My sister committed suicide in 2012.
My father died of poor health in 2020.
I was broke and struggled for most of my life.
Now I’m living the life of my dreams.
I had every reason to give up and let tragedy define me.
But with each heartbreak I turned pain into purpose.
Let me explain…
When my mother died in a car accident I felt a void that no 14-year-old should ever feel.
But it taught me the fragility of life and the importance of every moment.
Losing my younger brother to a senseless act of violence made me question humanity.
I realized the preciousness of time and how every moment we have is a gift.
I committed to making my life have a sense of meaning…
…to help people transform.
My sister's pain and her decision to end her life was a reminder of the silent battles we all face.
It ignited my passion for psychological health, understanding that true well-being is not just physical but mental and emotional too.
3 years ago when my father passed away it solidified my belief that health is the purest form of wealth.
I was broke and struggled often feeling like life was one endless uphill battle.
But my commitment to health and well-being, and my dedication to learning and evolving, became my salvation.
Now, I live a life I once could only dream of.
And I dedicate every moment to helping others realize their potential.
Especially those that juggle intense responsibilities, immense pressure, and personal challenges.
I know the grind, the sleepless nights, the relentless stress that can sometimes feel like it's closing in.
But I'm here to tell you – if I can rise above pain and craft a life of meaning and purpose, so can you.
Your health, both mental and physical, is your greatest asset.
As someone who's walked through the darkest valleys, I'm committed to guiding you using my expertise, experiences, and belief in human resilience.
To all the entrepreneurs, executives, and high-performance individuals:
Your journey may be tough, filled with obstacles and challenges, but remember – it's the pressure that turns coal into diamonds.
Stay strong, stay focused, and always prioritize your health.
Don't give up. Your best days are yet to come. 🙌❤️"
Keep asking the Almighty for the courage to move forward, the strength to go through our hardships and trials and to have firm faith in Him that everything will turn out fine in the end. Aameen.
Amb. Dr. Charles Murigande, the guest speaker: "As @WVRwanda, you should have no doubt that what you are doing is what God expects of you. This should give you strength & courage because you are where God wants you to be."
