The rapid increase in enforced disappearances of Baloch students has raised deep concerns in Balochistan. Mehbob Baloch s/o Mohd Hassan and resident of Turbat, was picked up from Makuran Costal Highway at Badok, Pasni and taken to an undisclosed location. He is a 5th-semester BBA student at LUAWMS and was traveling from university to home after the vacations.
There is alarming situation of fear where students feel insecure traveling across Balochistan. We demand the immediate release of Mehbob Baloch and the safety of all Baloch students.

بلوچستان میں جبری گمشدگیوں کا سلسلہ تا عوز جاری ہے، جس میں ہائے روز شدت لائی جارہی جو ریاست کی جانب سے بلوچ نسل کُشی کا تسلسل ہے، پچھلے ایک ہفتہ میں کیچ کے علاقے میں تین سے زائد لوگ ریاستی اداروں کے ہاتھوں جبری گمشدگی کا نشانہ بن چکے ہیں۔ جن میں سے بہادر چاکر کو احتجاج اور عوامی ردِ عمل کے بعد منظر پر لایا گیا اور کچھ ابھی تک لاپتہ ہیں۔
کل رات خاران سے ایک بلوچ جبری لاپتہ کیا گیا جبکہ آج بدوک کے مقام پر لسبیلہ یونیورسٹی کے طالب علم محبوب بلوچ کو پیرا ملٹری فورسز کے اہلکاروں نے حراست میں لینے کے بعد لاپتہ کر دیا۔ جبری گمشدگیوں کا یہ تسلسل پچھلے 18 سالوں سے بلوچستان میں بدستور جاری ہے۔ ہم مطالبہ کرتے ہیں کہ تمام جبری گمشددہ کئے گئے افراد کو جلد از جلد منظر عام پر لایا جائے اور بلوچ سرزمین پر اس لاقانونیت کا خاتمہ کرکے ہمیں زندہ رہنے کا بنیادی حق مہیا کیا جائے۔
